Fitness 365 : day one

Today I started a 365 day activity to form a sixpack body with fitness homework
Here's what I do:

Jumping Jack's 18x
Tricep 4x
Squart 10x
Downhart dog push up 10x
Planks 15 second

This is my first day routine to achieve the ideal body
