Calisthenics Front Lever Training Routine That I do!

For my front lever routine I usually start with max out holds. I stop before failure and repeat after 3 minute of rest.
Next up front lever raises + couple of toes to the bar.
Hollow body hold is my 3rd exercise, this one is essential for front levers.Once it gets easy add on some weight. You can use dumbbells, kettle bell or plates to add weight on your legs.
Last exercise that I do is AB wheel roll outs, I focus on contracting and controlling the move as much as possible it greatly increases my awareness of tension in my abdominals.
Try adding one of these into your existing routine and see if you get any benefits from doing so.
