I really enjoyed filming this circuit, it consist of some awesome exercises that might not look hard but will definitely make you feel
like you're working. I would not advise any beginner to do this one because you want to focus on the correct form not fancy exercises first.

It's up to you how many rounds you do , I would personally do 1 or 2 rounds and switch to a different video to get a different stimulus and to mix it up a bit . If you're short on time doing one of my circuits + abs routines will be enough to do some good for your health, as long as you stay consistent.
