workout #1 Tips in bracket()
on every minute for 10min do:
-4 OVERHEAD KB LUNGE/SIDE. (turn your front foot slightly inwards, belly tight)


-4 RAISED LEG PUSHUP. (keep elbows in, focus on keeping spine level and straight)
