Analyzing My Squat With A Professional | USEFUL FORM TIPS

in fitness •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hey everyone! Today I wanted to share my last physical therapy session with you because we went through and analyzed my form on back and front squats. I was able to film the sets in slow motion so I could break down the form even more, I also had my physical therapist and coach talk through the different tweaks I need to make to my form.

I wanted to share this because I know a lot of people follow for fitness content and I want this to make you think about your own form, maybe some of the tips apply to you or maybe you decide to film yourself this week to analyze your own form! It's ALWAYS smart to get your form checked or to film yourself to improve the way you are moving because if it is off at all, it might not hurt not but in the future it will cause a LOT of problems!

Thanks for watching and thanks for supporting my videos everyone!

you have so right. I had earlier so pain in the knees after the squats. But my Friend took everything up on video and we found the mistake!

Good work! I might ask though, why do you personally prefer low bar back squats over high bar?
I personally did low bar before but found that I was fully capable of doing high bar ATG back squats and it felt healthier for me.
By the way, I'm a vegan since 2008 and train also Parkour besides weightlifting.

Check out my channel if you like, I will be uploading lots more training videos.
