  • 80% (170lbs) x AMRAP (15)
    Board Press Hell x 3 (115lbs)

DB Row 4x25
Circuit x 4
  • Face Pulls x 10
  • Shrugs x 10
  • Triceps Pressdown x 10
  • Hammer Curls x 10
