jacked! What do you think of HIIT? I realized that I gained 20lbs since I got married...I want to cut without losing too much muscle mass. Is that the way to go?

Absolutely! HIIT training will allow you to work on your definition by minimizing muscle loss.
The only limitation is the difficulty of HIIT to gain muscle volume.
