I did Day 2 of the 80 Day Obsession, and whoa, so many bridges! It was challenging but I did it. My favorite move would be the side lunge (picture of me doing this move). I felt that’s a move I like the most. I feel this program is very pilates-based. I like that it adds strength training, cardio, and pilates together. Loving it so far even though I may have to hit pause a couple of times. Are any of you currently working out to any particular program? If so, let me know in the comment section!

A workout program is great. Be it resistant, weights, cardio, endless limbo of stairs @.@ diet is equally important or perhaps more so. I went vegan for four months and I'm trying to find a balanced meal plan. Sometimes I just feel very fatigued and dizzy after a very busy day. Though I hardly have the stamina I'm pleased my numbers are improving. Once I find a balance and have decent energy I hope to do cardio and weight training. Heh maybe watch anime while cardio ^~^

Lol I can only do dubbed while on a treadmill. Subbed takes too much concentration XD I don't want to tumble in front of everyone
