It’s interesting that when we reflect back on our younger years, there seems to always be something we wish we had known. The funny thing is that what we thought we should have known may have been flying in our face the entire time, but we did not put two and two together. Hindsight is 20:20. I also think being young to maybe about mid-twenties (it varies for individuals), presents with different priorities as we are in a different stage in life. I think one of the biggest transitions of life is in the mid twenties to thirty years is age when many of us learn the valuable lessons of what we want in our own lives and who will stand in the way of them or who will be supportive. Taking care of ourselves through fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle is the best thing we can do for ourselves: physically and mentally. Great post! It made me reflect on myself too.
