Hi bat, good post. I have a question.. I started training 3 months ago and right now i'm on 8kg dumbbells for biceps. Should I start my bicep workout with 6kg and increase with each set or continue doing the way I am?

You know things work differently for each and every one of us as an individual. The best answer to your question is that: start with the 6kg for warm up for at least 2 sets, increase it to 8kg after your body finally get into the game and return back to 6kg for the last 2 sets.
