Lifting weights but don't know what to eat?

Many people who are considering to start training or already are, doesn't know exactly what to eat and when. I have used my knowledge and my last meal plans from different fitness coaches to make an example for eating good and healthy food. Even if you're not training it's good to have a diet because it's giving your body the nutrition it needs. After all, if you are hitting the jackpot in the cryptocurrency world, you want to live longer, right?

A good idea might be to save this meal plan on your computer and the weight in grams should be different from body to body. Some people need to gain weight and some people need to lose weight. This meal plan is mainly customized for a male body with the length 173-185 cm and with the aprox. weight 80 KG. If you are smaller/bigger, contact me and I will help you further, for free. Muscle growth and maintenance are possible during a metabolic process called muscle protein synthesis. Your body is in a constant state of requiring energy, and one way it can meet its energy needs is by consuming the protein in your muscles.
