Some of these meals are really hard to properly track, so I have done my best to take averages here and there. Even if we factored in me doing this wrong by + or minus 100 I am still on track which is good. I am not sure what the next logical step in the diet will be, it is hard to say. I might just continue to calorie count and just try to stay under the 2268 margin for the time being.
This look and sound challenging.... Would try it out though and tell you how it taste

It really pays to watch what we eat. It may not seem to matter now that we are still young BUT it will surely bite our ass when we are already old. Thanks for sharing this. I'll try this some time.
