Fitness 365: Day 40

Today, I did not do my Normal workout but instead I did some improvised working out and trust me it was a lot more tiring!

For Exercise today:

  • Loaded and unloaded 2 Mattresses

  • Loaded and unloaded 2 Box Springs

  • Loaded and unloaded 2 Bed Frames

  • Loaded and unloaded 18 Random Boxes filled with stuff

  • Loaded and unloaded 5 Cabinets

  • Loaded and unloaded 2 End Tables

  • Loaded and unloaded 1 Table

  • Loaded and unloaded 3 Chairs

  • Loaded and unloaded 2 Couches (both were drastically different in weight)

    All in all I am tired, my back hurts, I now have a very high respect for people who move things on the daily. I like helping my friends out as frequently as possible, and heck if it fits into my schedule ie workout then its a win win. Make sure to help people out in your life as much as possible, even the small things matter. The nicest gift you can give someone especially this time of year, is your own time :) Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season!
