2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs
Sticking to the New-Workout, second day in and I feel good. Soon very very soon I will be sub 180 here's hoping the future looks good!
