For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

Looking good! I feel a lot more confident with myself, after finally seeing results! Just checked the scales and I am down to 178.4!!! The next big Milestone is to get under 175, with the final goal getting to the healthy BMI which is around 168. I feel great, and am ready to continue tackling this quest into the future!
