Challenge completed! Im a busy father of two small girls and i have to incorporate my training into my babysitting. The smallest girl is only 3 months but already 6 kg. When i get stronger i can upgrade to the bigger girl of 12+kg (but i doubt she will cooperate for a hundred reps).
20 baby squats
10 overhead baby push
20 baby skullcrushers
20 baby pushups (not that heavy, only 10 points)
20 baby rows (not that heavy, only 10 points)
20 baby curls
10 normal hangups (didnt know where to place the baby plus hangups are already hard!)
120 reps total
