Slacking off is not a thing you should be proud of brother. Before going to bed at least try to do one thing that you will be proud of so that you are not constantly telling yourself false things when you try to fall asleep.
Doing a 100 pushups and AMRAPing squats for 15 minutes might not be the best thing to do before sleeping but a meditation session and doing some yoga poses to stretch the body might be just potent enough for you to wake up strong, and motivated to hit your day hard.
