Day 2 done and dusted. Getting back into a healthy eating routine is not easy. Here is today's summary:
Early morning picture to track my progress - Day 1
Today's Timeline events:
- 1 Cup of Black Coffee (07:40am)
- 1.5L Still water (08:25-13:00pm)
- 1 Cup of Black Coffee (13:05pm)
- 1 Cup of Black Coffee (16:00pm)
- Started training in the Gym (17:30pm)
- Dinner (18:30pm)
For dinner I had mixed veggies, green salad with chicken and two pieces of ham
Every time I got hungry today, I drank a cup of Black Coffee, that helped to ease my apatite. The first week of two is really tough, but after that, things get a lot easier.
Weight: 122.35kg
Fitness level: Day 2. done, keep going - Still very Poor
I will pick up weight for the first few days, but that is only due to the fact that I am drinking a lot of water and my body is in shock (use to eat whenever and whatever). It is storing energy where it can. But after a few more days, the results will start to show.
Gym Program:
Chest and Biceps
Warmup
- 5min Row machine warmup, level 10 - Distance, 1320m
Supersets
- 10x10 Incline dumbbell press - 17kg dumbbells
- 10x10 standing close-grip "EZ" bar Bicep curls - 20kg EZ bar
Training went well today, my legs are just a bit sore from yesterday. Superset today: Laid on the inclined bench (40 degrees inclined) and did my 10 reps, touching my chest each time, immediate after the first set, I got up and did my standing bicep curs keeping my elbows still. Rested for 10-20 seconds between sets and started again x10.
All and all, I am very happy with my progress.
