If you are thinking that air squats and leg lifts are gonna help you grow your butt.....THINK AGAIN!! The butt is comprised of MANY muscles and just like all other muscles in order to grow, they must be challenged!! Squatting your own body weight is fine for maintaining size and building endurance, but it will not help you make those muscles bigger or more defined!
It takes consistent resistance training and a well rounded fitness program to force our bodies to change in size and shape!! Also, let's be REAL..... You can't start out with a pancake butt and end up with a butt like Kim K!! ...... Hell, that is not even HER Real Butt!!! LOLOL
Learn to be honest with yourself and set realistic expectations for YOU and YOUR Body! Your butt doesn't have to black out the sun as you walk by for it to be considered a nice butt! Love the skin your in and work hard on being the best version of YOU!
