Self-disciplines, the habit for a successfull life

Hello Steemians,

how are you beautiful people?
Today I want to talk about self-discipline and how this habit plays an important role in the journey towards personal success. Everyone wants to be successfull, right?
Fulfillment, goals and success can not be achieved without self-discipline, which is the ability to control feelings, emotions and attitude. Developing self-discipline means being able to make decisions, overcome the challenges and obstacles we can encounter in life.
Back in Italy, when i was a little kid, i used to play soccer but since i've moved to Australia i developed an interest for the fitness culture of this country and i decided to join the gym.
The involvement of physical exercises and training activities made me aware at the beginning of how the discipline was developing, constantly challenging me to improve habits. Self-discipline is a mindset, it is an attitude and for those who do weights it is a way of life. It was for me the missing key I needed for a more productive and successful life.

Fitness is not about being better then someone else.
It's about being better than you used to be.
