Fun drill for Agility, Balance and Strength.

Hey Guys,

This is a Fun drill for Agility, Balance and Strength.  It is a great way to end class.

The goal is to debase your training partners and have them belly out onto the mats.  Start in a push up position facing your training partners.  Try to debase them by pulling their arms and legs.  Work as a team to get the better players out of the circle.  If there are too many players for one group start with 2 or 3 groups and have the groups merge as they become smaller.
