I just make my own.....I generally follow a routine of 4-5 small runs per week and a long one on the weekend along with Yoga everyday. Nothing in specific but thats what makes it interesting and flexible. Though this year I intend to look into nutrition part of it more seriously.

Thats a great choice, I started about 11 months back, I'm sure u can do much better, just make it a habit and don't loose sight of your goal.
