A lot of people are already aware of the 100 rep a day challenges for 30 days, either push ups or squats or whatever exercise. I thought I would do a combination/mix of these challenges at the same time. So over the next 30 days I will be doing Squats, crunches and push ups. 100 reps of each exercise everyday, for 30 days.
I have seen some incredible results of people just from doing either the push ups or the squats. But running the both at the same time as well as crunches. I am very optimistic about the possible outcome I will experience
