I personally prefer evidence-based fitness and nutrition info

Good to know :) do you have any specific areas or topics?

muscle hypertrophy
weight loss (nutrition & fitness)
improving body composition
and so on...

I'd love to hear you talk about diets like intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, vegan etc.
Your take on these diets that are a little different. Mostly health wise but also their effectiveness with regards to weight loss.
You might have already covered some of them and I just missed it:)

We always have a need for tons of information. Fighters are always asking Heath questions. I should post some up. But diet, weight cutting, and as well as just news about excersise and new training methods. Always open!
