For Our 3rd Full Workout I’ve Put Together Videos for a Leg Workout. And it is Focused on Functional Movements Required for Everyday Life. If You are a Beginner, or do not Have Access to Gym Equipment you can Still Take Advantage of this Free Workout by using Bodyweight and a Sturdy Chair.
Perform all Exercises in Order without Rest Until all Exercises and Recommended Reps are Completed.
Front Squat with Box Target – 15reps on a 12” Box
Box Step Up Left/Right Leg – 15reps each if Holding Weights/ 20Bodyweight each on a 12” or 18” Box
Speed Squats – Timed for 1 min
Air Squats – 20 Reps
Rest Max 2min
