ANOTHER EDITION ON FITNSS (WAYS OF GETTING STRENGTH AND POWER)

Hope you guys are really enjoying my post on fitness. This is another edition on fitness which we that are athletes will really gain from it. we can only get strength by making our heart open, and this can be done through exercises and workout. i will be giving the routine that can help us gain and get what we are looking for, and i promise i will be to share and help you with the little i know about exercises and others and giving out the routine.


WHAT TO DO FOR HEART OPENING



  • You have to get your canvas ready again and all your training materials. Continuous jugging for 45 minutes and if you have never jug before, start with 20 minutes slow and steady.

  • After jugging, and you have relax for 5 minutes, you start skipping the rope, 2,000 straight 3 sets for athletes and 1,000 by doing 100 ten sets for fitness routine, but if u never skip before you skip 400 forty ten sets.

  • After skipping and you have relax for another 5 minutes, and you start high kneel jugging on a spot which athletes will be going for only 2 minutes 3 sets, and for normal fitness routine 40 seconds for 3 sets.

  • After 2 minutes relaxation, we are going for mountain climbing exercise, which athletes is going for 2 minutes 3 sets and for normal exercise 40 seconds 3 sets.
