Fitness Motivation Excellent Workout

Way to go Carol!!! You're doing amazing!! Carol says: "To say my starting point was a bad place for me, inside and out, would be an understatement. I couldn't believe my 2 months progress and then 5 months was actually the first goal I set for myself.

7 months ago I was in workout mode and had been for several years. I think we can clearly see that wasn't working. I was averaging 12000 steps per day, but was not eating the right foods. I am currently 80 pounds lighter .

My dad is not much for words but his reaction said it all. He was very proud of my results. He was surprised with the workout i was doing and shocked tht i wear a weighted vest. Being consistent gets you the results.
