I haven't written up a fitness post in sometime so I've decided to share my leg day workout. This leg workout should only be completely with a rest day afterwards. Don't expect to do these workouts and then work the next day. You will be slowed down!
Squats: 4 sets of 10, I like to do 135, 165, 185 & 205
Calf Raises: 5 sets of 25, I like to do 50, 60, 70, 80 & 90
Leg Extension: 4 sets of 12
Jump Rope: I normally do 50 jumps for 4 sets. If I mess up say on the 25th jump, then I restart and don't count that set.
Lunges: 4 sets of 25
If you can complete this workout in under an hour. I promise you will be feeling it the next day. No pain = No gain!!
