Hey great post. I agree with all your tips and I would say that basically for anyone out there, once you start seeing those results it's addicting, and no longer feels like a chore to go to the gym/workout. As long as you stick with it long enough to see even some small progress, it should get easier from there to be consistent! Once again thanks for the post, you gained a follower!
