Everything you’ve been told about fitness trackers for women is a lie. You’ve been told that these monitors can help you lose weight, they don’t. You’ve been told they can tell you how much calories you burn every day. That’s a fat lie. Honestly, if you are buying an activity watch because someone told you that it would ease the pain of trying to lose weight, then you are wasting your time.

A post published on Wikipedia defines these watches as smart device that monitor fitness and wellness related metrics. Nowhere does it say that these devices can help you live a healthy life. Now, if you are looking for an activity smartwatch to evaluate your metrics, you are well informed. But the question is, why should you buy a fitness tracker if you are a woman any way? And when you do, you can always optimize your workout intensity so your heart stays in the correct heart rate zone.

3. A fitness tracker can monitor your sleep

Although the personal sleep monitors integrated in fitness trackers aren’t accurate enough to be relied on as reliable data, they do help nonetheless. In fact, you can use them to track moderate and deep sleep. The data can help you evaluate and improve the quality of your sleep.
