My Health Report Card: January 27, 2020

WHO recommends 10,000 steps daily which covers 30 minutes of active exercise. Yesterday, I made a total of 8,792 steps which is a bit below WHO baseline. This was possible with the help of the “Health app” on my iphone.

It’s important to stay fit and healthy even when joggling through life’s activities.
