What would you do when you are stressed?

Hello stemians! So lately i have been very stressed with so many things. From work to personal reasons. What i do to release those stress is to go to the gym and work out twice harder than what i do normally. The sweat, the pain can divert my stress then on the latter part, i would feel a bit better, better than how i was feeling before my work out.

So i have searched what could be the the reasons for these, and this is what i got.
So it stands to reason that if your body feels better, so does your mind. Exercise and other physical activity produce endorphins—chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers—and also improve the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress.
