Kettlebell snatches

16kg * 60 reps, 20kg * 50 reps, 24kg * 40 reps, 28kg * 30 reps, 32kg * 20 reps

200 reps

Pullups

Clapping pullups 12 reps
High pullups (to the nave)l 6 reps
Muscle ups - 6 reps
OAC negatives 3R, 3L

30reps

230 reps total

Notes

The snatches felt really easy today, I haven't done them for a while so I was expecting them to be a lot tougher. I must be getting fitter. Quitting smoking at New Year is finally starting to pay off.
