Hello everyone, I am a student and I will give you knowledge about fitness today. World Yoga Day was on 21st June 2023. People o who should do morning exercise obesity, heart problem, sal lenge me diktat, exercise every morning Doing yoga keeps energy in pure day and it makes our day good. By doing yoga, body remains fit and healthy. I request all my people to exercise daily, do yoga, meditate, do not eat oily food.
