MY 3 YEAR TRANSFORMATION

HOW I WENT FROM THIS TOO THAT!

THE START.  

At around the age of 14ish i was a skinny lanky kid with not a lot of muscle, i really wanted to change... so i became interested in fitness and decided to start doing push ups and sit ups at home. this is me on the 5 of December 2014. 

JOINING MY FIRST GYM.

So a few of my friends from school joined a gym not far from where i went to school so i decided to join with them with little knowledge on nutrition and training ... this is me on the 15th of January 2015  

FIRST YEAR OF FITNESS.

So my first year had its ups and downs, I was not very consisted and didn't eat enough so my results were poor and i got demotivated quickly and lost focus for a few weeks then went back again like this for the first year over and over again. this is me on the 10th January 2016

SECOND YEAR OF FITNESS, THE MONTHS THAT MADE ME CHANGE.

So one of my good friends from school who has also trained the same amount of time was smashing it so i decided to start training with him and eating better , oh boy did i see change, this photo is from 10th of April 2017

so what now?

So after my holiday i decided to come back and train, eat, sleep properly... for the first time in my life my training is consistent so we will see in a few months what the changes are...just remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY TO SUCCESS!!!!!!!!
