The Big 6!

Today I'll be sharing a brief video I produced a few years ago. In it - I cover the 6 major compound movements that everyone should be training. Push Ups - Over Head Press - Pull Up - Romanian DL - DL & Squat.

If your Goal is to gain muscle, you Must train with these movements! Compound movements get you the most 'bang for your buck.' Each rep is activating multitudes of larger muscles VS small areas like biceps/triceps (accessory).

It is especially important to train your legs with compound movements because the activation of your entire legs creates huge surges in Testosterone & HGH...
