My Weightloss Journey So Far

Hi :)
So I posted not long ago that I was gonna make a few changes in my life and it’s going good so far. Don’t get me wrong it is pretty tough but when you have the right mind set towards it it really makes such a huge difference!

I’ve managed to go to the gym 4 days in the past week. Today I didn’t go to the gym but I walked for 40min plus walking while shopping :).

So all in all I’m managing to exercise everyday which is amazing! I feel happier about myself and about things around me and it’s mainly down to the fact that i am finally taking control of my self! I went shopping today and for the first time in ages I had fun just trying stuff on and enjoying it rather then coming out of the first shop feeling so low because I wasn’t looking good enough and just not feeling happy within myself.

Some moments are tough still especially with little kids but I know if I keep going it will have an impact on so much in my life!!
