Hi guys, as some of you read my previous post about my shopping last weekend than you know I have bought myself a workout resistance bands.
I have already had these bands earlier and I can tell working out with them is awesome.
The point is you do a strenght training with your own strenght and shape your body.
The perfect thing about this "equipment" is you can actually take it wherever you go.
So there's no excuses!
They come in variety of sizes, lenghts, strenghts and colours so you just need to pick the one that suits you the most.
Resistance band is a great choice whether it's a tool to increase resistance or can be used for rehabilitation.
For inspiration I've watched a video by great fitness trainer Latreal Mitchell who I find amazing.
