Equipment needed: dumbbell 5kg, core sliders
Ex.1- 30 rep
Ex2.- 15 rep each side
Ex3.- 15 rep each side
Ex.4- 20 rep hands + 20 rep shoulders
Ex.5- 15 rep each side
Ex.6- 20 rep each side
Repeat X3
