I have just started using MFP, i mostly come in a 2200/2300 calories - and my macros are pretty much 35%carbs 35%fat 30% protein - higher fat than i had imagined. I have been dead strict counting everything from veg to frylite
Have not paid much attention to macros just made sure i count calories and get 160+ grams of protein but as things go on I may need to start paying more attention.
