Rutina piernas !
para empezar el día cree esta rutina de piernas y glúteos .
después de un buen calentamiento , (de 5 a 10 minutos ) con cuerda...
esta serie contiene 5 ejercicios … se puede hacer por repeticiones o por tiempo .

Recomiendo : 3 series .
30 segundos cada ejercicio .
10 segundos de descanso -
Al finalizar la serie descansa medio minuto . ..
y realiza
3 series
a tu ritmo ! recuerdo que no importa la cantidad sino CALIDAD!

(Opcional usar mancuernas o pesa rusa )

  1. lunge side to side + sumo squats
    2.lunge+Leg extension back
    3.squats + swing arms
    4.lunge +squat sumo +lunge + elevate arms
    5.squat elevation arms+Lateral leg lift

To start the day, create this routine of legs and glutes.
After a good warm-up, (from 5 to 10 minutes) with rope ...
This series contains 5 exercises ... can be done by repetitions or by time.

I recommend: 3 series.
30 seconds each exercise.
10 seconds rest -
At the end of the series rest half a minute. ..
And performs
3 series
At your pace I remember that it does not matter the quantity but QUALITY!

(Optional use dumbbell or dumbbell)
