Personal trainer Mario Riveira teaches you how to sweat with his total body plyometric training routine.
This routine consists of 5 different exercises. Each exercise is 10 seconds long within a 50 sec duration.
Perform each exercise as fast and hard as you can during that 50 seconds.
Take a one min break and repeat 5 times.
You should complete this workout within 10 min's or under.
Always stretch and drink plenty of water before performing any exercise.
