I'm a sports performance specialist in my final year of a B.Sc (Hons) in Strength & Conditioning for Sport. I hold three other qualifications in fitness and coaching badges for a variety of sports. I have been in full-time, formal education around fitness, nutrition, exercise, coaching and performance science for the past 6 years.I'll answer any questions you have to best of my ability and if relevant, share with you further reading so you can get an even better understanding of the topic at hand.
