This kind of book is basically the reason why I started making these reviews, the book costs $29.99 and based on the reviews in Mike Rashid’s website the book is terrific. In fact the eBook consists of seven pages, including one page with nothing else than a shot of Mike Rashid’s back.
The book is a 4-week program with YouTube video links in 3 pages, starting with a 17 sets session on week 1 and increasing until the 4th week, in which the session consists of 300 pull ups only.
PROS:
Nothing
CONS:
The volume is too high for a natural lifter
The book is too expensive
Not even one valuable information, just a back workout that can be found for free on google.
