Soft senses is the state your senses are in when they can perceive all that is available to them. For instance through your nose you are not honing in on any one scent rather you are allowing the entire scent-scape to enter passively into you awareness. The same goes for your sight, touch, hearing, and tasting. Your stretching to accept as much peripheral stimuli as possible. Practice letting go of distraction by any source other than the absolute grandeur of your extensive present awareness. This approach of course is most fulfilling out on beautiful land or water scape. Your toes dug into grass, dirt, or sand. If this direct approach is too challenging to fulfill and you find your focus being pulled by passing stimuli then begin with one focus. Then continue extending that focus to include more senses or sights one by one until youve reached a broad view of awareness. Practice these a few times a day and your awareness will grow. It will begin to include sensations and experiences you had not known were taking place before. Supersenses become more readily available. A sense of intuitive action grows from this practice into your life conveniently and spontaneously.
