Nice article, but what if I can't workout if I feel my stomach too full? I usually get a fruit shake, before workout, but sometimes it fills me up too much

Maybe that happens to you because you eat very close to your training time, remember, if its solid food, eat it 60 minutes before training and if it's some type of shake, take it 30-45 min before.
