On vacation the grind doesn't stop!! Gotta keep the workouts in and keep it short if possible.
Yesterdays workout consisted of a full body circuit that took about 20 minutes total.

I did 7 rounds of the first circuit which resulted in 105 pushups and then 5 of the second circuit which resulted in 25 pushups to total #50pushupchallenge at 130 for yesterday!!!!
