Bench day, and training video.

What's up Steemians?

It's bench day!

Ahh, my least favorite training day!

Warm up.
imageTriple six reps since I'm wearing my Lift Evil shirt🤘

This was a good one to get my shoulders feeling it right away!

Working sets.

These all moved fairly well. The top set was just as grindy as last week, but I just couldn't not try for 3 again. I feel like if I don't hit at least the same numbers as last week then I'm blowin it. I know there are all sorts of factors that can affect the lifts each week but I guess that's just me being hard on myself.

Accessory.

Decided to toss in some double unders on this last minute since I'm trying to get a little better at them. Also, increased the weight 5lbs from the previous weeks. I should have done that last week but it slipped my mind.

Conditioning.

Again 50 double unders before the tabata, and after. Just to get in some practice and a few extra reps.

I decided to go ahead and record the warm up at regular speed to showcase just how I'm moving at the beginning of the workout. Threw in the top set as usual, and a time-lapse of the conditioning. My friend is supplying me with some songs so I don't have to worry about copyright issues, so huge shout out to him.

I'm trying to convince him to join steemit and blog about metal, so if any of you would be interested in that please let me know so I can really get him motivated lol.

Ok that's about it everyone, I gotta get ready for work. Have a great Friday! And if you saw me fail on squats last week come back tomorrow to see if I redeem myself lol. 🤞🤞

Oh yeah last piece of business.

Very insightful to see the entire workout laid out with the time lapse to support it. It's good pressure for me to step it up more. 100-150 reps is your warmup. Still recharging my SP.

Man, honestly I didn't know if anyone would even care enough for me to post more of the workout haha. If the response is good I'll continue to do so

great workout man @myleskshupe keep it going :)
