Yep! You can buy it frozen or make your own. I buy the cauliflower, remove the leafs, cut in pieces, and put in a blender or food processor to make it smaller like rice.
For one cauliflower, I use one small onion and 2 pieces of garlic sautéed in butter, mix the cauliflower, add a little bit of water and let it cook like rice.
