It feels like a million degrees outside 🔥 but still I’m happy that summer is finally here, cause all spring it was cold and rainy.

I can’t miss my workout but it is so hard to train when it’s so hot! And it’s also not so good for your health. So make sure that you drink enough water during your workout and don’t put on a lot of clothes to make an Sauna Effect! Your heart will be not thankful for that for sure. Your skin must breath! And try to do exercises slow and concentrated but not quick! Leave your cardio session for early morning when it’s still cool outside.
